What is EMDR?
Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) is an extensively researched, highly effective form of therapy that allows the brain to naturally heal itself following stressful events.
EMDR does not require talking in detail about these events and can often be completed in fewer sessions than in other psychotherapies.
